Paul Walker races Mustang in trailer for new film Brick Mansions... released just THREE months after actor's death in fiery crash

Paul Walker is seen racing a car in the trailer for his new film Brick Mansions.
This is a curious choice for the teaser, shown Tuesday on Entertainment Tonight, as the actor died in November at age 40 during a fiery car wreck on the outskirts of LA.
The action crime drama, which is a remake of the 2004 French film District B13, was filmed in the spring of 2013 and will be released on April 25.

In Brick Mansions Paul plays an undercover cop named Damien who finds himself running with gangsters in an effort to bring them down Amid chaos and life-threatening scenarios, the handsome blonde actor is seen maintaining his characteristic calm and collected confidence.

Set in Detroit, the action revolves around a place called Brick Mansions.
It's an actual place that is a collection of graffitied buildings. The area seems very gritty and far from safe.
In the trailer a voice over describes the place as 'so dangerous we've built a wall around it.'
The man goes on to say: 'No one gets in. Now their leaders got the mayor and half the city hostage.'
Walker's Damien is then asked, 'Think you can handle it?'
The teaser then cuts to a scene where men armed with guns are seen.
Also visible is a weapon of mass destruction that has a timer. It's made clear these men plan on blowing up the city.
Damien, looking dapper in a royal blue uniform that complements his piercing blue eyes, says matter of factly: 'I handle what needs handling.' He then asks: 'No intel inside?'

The voice responds: 'We've got someone who knows Brick Mansions.'

The trailer cuts to a handcuffed man being released from his jail cell, as Damien states: 'A convict is my partner?'
The convict, named Lino, is played by David Belle, who in real life helped invent the sport Parkour, which the action in the film is heavily influenced by.

Parkour involves getting from A to B in the most efficient way possible, using one's body and surrounding surfaces to propel from one spot to another, resulting in a a very dynamic and graceful style of movement.

Damien doesn't trust his partner at first, stating gruffly: 'First chance - what are you going to do? Put a bullet in the back of my head?'
'I could have killed you already,' Lino responds.

The men spar, with Lino busting out his impressive moves - perhaps winning the respect of Damien, as the two are seen cooperating in subsequent scenes.

In the end, it seems Damien might need his partner more than he thinks.
As the two confront a giant man on the opposing team, Damien says in a cocky manner: 'Kick his ass, don't get squashed.'
His blows deflect right off the man's beefy exterior, as Damien suddenly appears exceedingly frightened.

That's when Lino leaps in, ready to smash a huge brick over the giant's head.
The film also stars Kalinka Petrie, RZA, Catalina Denis and Ayisha Issa.

His other action film, Fast & Furious 7, which not only includes car racing but focuses on it, is scheduled to come out on April 10, 2015.
