Jennifer Lawrence is planning to quit acting for a year when The Hunger Games finally concludes.

The 23-year-old actress is hoping to lie low and recuperate when the film’s final installment, Mockingjay – Part 2, hits cinemas in November 2015.

But the American Hustle star only blames herself for her hectic workload.

According to Digital Spy, she told Empire magazine: ‘It’s okay, it’s my fault. I get little breaks here and there.

‘But on the last day of Hunger Games, I’m going to turn my phone off for a year!’

Jen, who reportedly got engaged to Skins star Nicholas Hoult over Christmas, plays Mystique in the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past, alongside Halle Berry as Storm.

Speaking about meeting Berry for the first time, she added: ‘She’s so beautiful I could punch her in the face.’

X-Men: Days of Future Past is released on May 22, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is due out on November 21.
